• Advise customers on specific IT / ERP / APS solutions to business problems, especially in the supply chain domain and Functions (Procurement, Finance, Engineering & Maintenance, etc.) within the organisation
• Assist customers in formulating the IT Strategy that is aligned to the Company’s Business Strategy and setting up the appropriate Enterprise Architecture/IT Architecture
• Provide consulting services to implement, advise or resolve supply chain problems in the end to end processes of Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce and Order to Cash
• Advise companies on Manufacturing Execution Systems and their integration to ERP, including improvements in Functions (Finance, Procurement, Engineering & Maintenance, etc)
• Assist customers in Business Process Reengineering exercises to bring out improvements in processes, best practice adoption and performance improvement in supply chain, Functions and Manufacturing Execution
• Carry out Project Management tasks on behalf of the customer.
