ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Looking at the marketplace and needs of certain customers, we felt there is a gap in the availability of experienced IT Consulting in the domains of ERP, Supply Chain & Enterprise Architecture. We therefore, incorporated our Company, NVM Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd in the month of June 2021 to address these gaps which certain industry segments are facing.

Core Services
We offer IT Consulting services in the area of ERP, Supply Chain and Enterprise Architecture. We propose to assist our customers in the design & business problem resolution in ERP and Supply chain processes based on, and not limited to, the SAP R/3, SAP S/4 HANA, Blue Yonder, etc., platforms. We hope to provide customers with advanced concepts in Planning & Scheduling, , embedding Theory of Constraints principles in business processes and systems, providing support in formulation of IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture. We also plan to help customers in end-to-end Business Process Design & Improvements, addressing all levels of automation (Level 1 to Level 5) including the Manufacturing Execution Systems. We are also open to addressing needs of our customers in IT Service Management/ ITIL and Project Planning.
Our Work Processes
On receipt of the Customer enquiry, we would conduct a detailed assessment of the requirement and provide the customer with a Statement of Work (SoW). On signing an agreement on the work content and the commercial terms and conditions, we would endeavour to proceed with the actual work using either the traditional models for SDLC, and IT Strategy / Enterprise Architecture design or try to use the Agile processes based on customer preferences.
We also make extensive use of TQM & A3 Thinking and Problem-Solving based techniques during our consultation process.
